You may submit a new payment request at your earliest convenience just make sure you do it before our deadline.

What are your payout rules?

A) Wagering Requirements:

To request a cash out, players at Winward Casino must wager 12x (times) the amount of their deposit plus 12x (times) the amount of the corresponding bonus. Requesting a payout before meeting the wagering requirements will cause the lose of your bonus money. Also, the wagering requirements must be met before a cash out is requested. Wagers made on Roulette, Craps and any type of Blackjack games will not count towards meeting the wagering criteria. Wagers made on any of the above mentioned games will cause your withdrawals to be declined. Payouts requested before meeting the wagering requirements will not be processed.

B) Valid Account Information:

Our Security department will verify the telephone number the moment the players makes the first deposit and will do it once again the moment the customer requests a cash out. If our Security department is unable to confirm your physical address, telephone number and zip code, Winward Casino will have the right to void and forfeit any and all winnings made on the casino games. This will lead to having your casino account closed and the amount of your initial deposit refunded.

C) Multiple Accounts:

Casino players are allowed to have only one account per household, per player, per IP address and per family. We will only process one cash out request per account. D) Documentation Request:

E) Verification Process:

Every Monday Accounting Management will randomly select some accounts with pending withdrawals for a verification process that consists in reviewing the paperwork that has been received to make sure it is complete, legible, that the account information matches the paperwork and review the account game sessions. This is a random procedure and there is no way to know who will be selected each Monday however, it is a one time procedure therefore, every customer that requests a cash out is subject to this process at some point or another, even if they have all corresponding requirements for a payout in order.

Once the verification process has been finished the funds are sent back to your Winward Casino account, a note is added to the stating the random check was already processed. The cash out should be completed next coming Monday if the customer requests it again. By doing this accounting management ensures that all the information on the player profile is in order and that all and every other requirement for requesting withdrawals is fully met.

-Before you request withdrawals made from bonus money, your entire bonus balance must be played. Requesting a cash out with bonus balance left in your account will automatically void the winnings in your account, and your balance will return to $0.00

-If your winning balance is higher than $150.00 USD at the time you are going to request your cash out from free bonus money, the remaining cash balance in your account will be forfeited and deducted immediately. If you go above the maximum limit of free money withdrawals, your account will immediately cleared from any funds you had left including the ones requested on your cash out. Make sure your account is in $0 balance before requesting a free money cash out and avoid any type of hassles.

-To be able to cash out funds from free money, players need to wager 50 times the amount of the bonus received, active players with no deposits made within the last 10 days will be subject to this rule. An example is if you receive a free $15 sign up bonus, you must wager $750 before you are able to cash out any winnings.

-Wagers made on Roulette, Craps and any type of Blackjack games do not count towards meeting the wagering requirements.

-Winnings made on duplicate accounts will automatically become void and will be removed from the accounts.
